We use plain boxes or carrier provided boxes so that your order looks just like any other box being shipped. The label will show PND Plus Inc shipped your order, not AfterShock Adult Bliss. Your credit card receipt will show "PND Plus Inc" our parent company billing your credit card.
Once you have placed your order, it will be fulfilled and handed off to one of the national carriers (FedEx, USPS) within 24 business hours Monday- Friday. Once your order has been handed off, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment via the email provided when you placed your order.
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delays that may be expected can include: Weather delays, no one home to sign for the package, delayed trailers, and any other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur with the national carriers.
Depending on your address we will determine whether to send you order via FedEx or the USPS. Any orders that are shipped to a PO Box will be shipped via the USPS. Any non postal service locations such as UPS Stores or mail box centers will be shipped via the USPS.
If you have provided us with the wrong address or email or any other pertinent information on your order, please contact us as soon as you notice the mistake so that we can fix it. You can email the correct information to email@example.com, please include your order # and your name. Once we get your updated information we will confirm with an email response.
We will try to verify your address prior to shipping your order. If for some reason your address is not verified by the carriers we will either contact you or we will look it up to see if we can fix it without delaying your order.
